Through strict experimental tests, it is proved that the coating volume insulation resistance of WANAN insulating powder coating reaches more than 1*1016Ω·m, the dielectric strength > 40KV/mm, and the insulation withstand voltage of the coating reaches more than 3800V (the above experimental results are based on the physical and chemical test of 0.8mm thick 3003 aluminum plate and film thickness 200±50μm, and the actual performance of the product is slightly different due to different application environments). It can provide stable and reliable insulation protection for new energy vehicle battery packs and other parts, effectively isolate the current, protect the personal safety of drivers and passengers, and ensure that new energy vehicles can operate for a long-term, stable and safe time in a complex and changeable environment.

 

With the significant increase in the range of new energy vehicles, the number of battery packs in series has also increased, resulting in a significant reduction in the spacing between the cells, which has exacerbated the risk of thermal runaway in the event of abnormal conditions such as short circuits and collisions. Through repeated tests on the hardness, adhesion and impact resistance of the WANAN insulating powder coating model, it has been proved that the impact strength of VIE insulating powder coating is ≥ 50 kg·cm, and the adhesion of the coating meets the level 0 adhesion (IOS standard assessment is divided into 0-5 grades, of which grade 0 is the best and grade 5 is the secondary), which can effectively avoid potential safety hazards caused by the aging of battery pack parts and external collisions of new energy vehicles.
